COA DUES PAYMENT DATES

1st Quarter - January 1st
2nd Quarter - April 1st
3rd Quarter - July 1st
4th Quarter - October 1st

2024 COA dues are $865 per quarter

REMINDER: TRAFFIC

Just a friendly reminder related to the speed limit and traffic signs within our community.

While these speed limits are applicable all year, with our seasonal friends returning, the amount of traffic within our community has significantly increased. I’m sure that many, if not all of you, have observed someone driving way to fast. You have also likely seen many close calls where someone is driving too fast or has maybe “coasted” through one of the stop signs.

None of us want to be involved in an accident that could be avoided by practicing safe driving and observing our community speed limit and traffic signs. Let’s all stay safe and keep our friends safe as well.
