Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club is private 24-hour guard gated country club and community that is conveniently located in sunny Sarasota, just a short drive from I-75. Heritage Oaks is also only minutes from the stunning world famous beaches like Siesta Key Beach, a wide range of restaurants, fine arts, and historical museums that have made Sarasota famous. Home types include a condominium and villa community as well as single family homes. Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club has four types of properties to select from. Verandas are two-story condominiums, club homes (four, six or eight connected single-story villas), villas (which are actually two villas connected) and a few single family residences.

Heritage Oaks real estate features a Mediterranean design and boast terracotta tiled roof lines. Most villas are 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a den and a private area swimming pool. They are usually in the 1,600 to over 1,900 sq ft range priced in the low $200,000’s to the low to mid $300,000’s.

Detached garages are featured on some of the 28 condo complexes in the community. Heritage Oaks is a bundled community which means that your HOA/COA fees also include your membership fees to the golf club. The Heritage Oaks Country Club membership dues are $7,381 for 2020 and condo fees run $650 to $750 quarterly. There is a one time capital contribution fee of $4,000 when you purchase a home or condo.
