Strategically located in Sarasota on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club features an impeccably maintained championship golf course, premiere resort-style amenities and an 18,000 square foot clubhouse. As a resident-owned and -governed community, we take pride in the place we call home. We have a collective interest in maintaining the Club, the homes, its outstanding amenities, and our beautiful surroundings, ensuring that Heritage Oaks is a place to be enjoyed for many years to come.
Owners have the privilege to lease their properties or allow for temporary guest to stay when they are not in resident. This is a privilege not a right, therefore, it is important that anyone staying at Heritage Oaks abide by the Rules, Regulations and Restrictions to ensure that our community remains a place of pride.
Lease agreements are for no less than a 30 day period year round.
Temporary Guest with no charges – Maximum 7 days is allowed May 1 thru Oct 31 only. The term “GUEST” is defined as any person who is physically present in a living unit on a temporary basis at the invitation of the owner, without the payment of consideration.
Lease or Temporary Guest Application Process Introduction
- Complete and sign the Veranda VII Application and send to Sunstate Management Group for approval
- Deliver the Welcome Package to your tenant and confirm you and your guest have read it and agree to it.
- Once you receive approval from Sunstate, complete the required HO Registration process. The forms are found on this website or the HO Club member site www.heritageoaksgcc.com or contact Kelly Troche, Director Membership Services.
