Strategically located in Sarasota on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Heritage Oaks Golf and Country Club features an impeccably maintained championship golf course, premiere resort-style amenities and an 18,000 square foot clubhouse. Owners have the privilege to lease their properties or allow for temporary guest to stay when they are not in resident. This is a privilege not a right, therefore, it is important that anyone staying at Heritage Oaks abide by the Rules, Regulations and Restrictions to ensure that our community remains a place of pride.
Lease agreements are for no less than a 30 day period year round.
Temporary Guest with no charges – Maximum 7 days is allowed May 1 thru Oct 31 only. The term “GUEST” is defined as any person who is physically present in a living unit on a temporary basis at the invitation of the owner, without the payment of consideration.
Lease or Temporary Guest Application Process Introduction
- For Temporary Guests, complete and sign the form Heritage Oaks -Temporary Guest W/No Usage Rights – Maximum 7 days May 1-October 31 Form and send to Sunstate Management Group for approval.
- For Lease Agreements, complete and sign the Heritage Oaks Neighborhood Association LEASE APPLICATION for 30 days or the Heritage Oaks Neighborhood Association LEASE APPLICATION for 12 months (extended transfer member) and send to Sunstate Management Group for review to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver the Welcome Package to your tenant/guest and confirm you and your tenant/guest have read it and agree to it.
- Once you receive confirmation from Sunstate that your application is complete and accurate, you can proceed with the required HO Registration process. The forms are found on the HO Club member site www.heritageoaksgcc.com or contact Kelly Troche, Director Membership Services.
- The Owner is to send the completed form from Sunstate along with the HO Registration form to Kelly Troche.
